PRICES & PAYMENTS
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and exclude postage, shipping and handling charges.
Postage and handling charges will vary depending on whether the number of products ordered and whether the delivery address for the products is in Australia or overseas. STELLASAURUS will inform you during the ordering process of the postage and handling costs of your order.
International orders may be subject to other charges, for example, customs duty and value added taxes. You are responsible for paying any such additional duty or tax.
All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice.

ORDERS
You will need to complete a separate order for each different delivery address.
Subject to availability of the products, STELLASAURUS will accept your order when your credit card or PAYPAL payment has been approved.
If the bank transfer option is selected your item will be held for up to 5 business days awaiting cleared funds. After 5 business days if payment has not been received STELLASAURUS will cancel your order and notify you by email.
STELLASAURUS will inform you at the time of purchase if your credit card payment is not successful.

RETURNS
If you change your mind or are not happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return any of our items within seven days of receipt.

It is up to you to return the order to us in new condition, tags on and in its original packaging – please include a copy of your invoice with the return.
We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns.
Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organize an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full.
Please note, there are no exchanges, credit notes or refunds on sale items.
DAMAGED GOODS

We are unable to accept returns on items after seven days.

SHIPPING
Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping cost is dependant on your location and you will be made aware prior to finalising your purchase of the total cost.
All orders are sent during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. STELLASAURUS will endeavour ship your product as quickly as possible, due to size and weight please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

WAIVER
STELLASAURUS beds are designed to be used indoors. STELLASAURUS can not be held accountable for damage due to biting, scratching, digging or ripping and any other destructive behavior. Bed stuffing is designed to compact, after stringent testing STELLSAURUS found that having an extra plump filling when first supplied will result in the perfect bed after a little use. STELLASAURUS will provide one year limited warranty on manufacture and stuffing but will NOT cover any issues related to the above. STELLASAURUS recommends your dog be supervised at all times while using the bed.
