As a Paddington local working part time, with two school aged children, two dogs and assorted reptiles, I had my hands full. At the end of a busy day, if I had not made it to a pet shop as planned, my dogs would often miss out on the quality food I preferred to feed them. I saw there was a niche in the market for a locally based pet store providing quality food and accessories. I established Paddo Pets to bring a local little piece of paradise for pets! Originally conceived in 1998 by the furry inspiring Gulliver and his adoring mum Simone Kingston, DOGUE set out to bring the world of haute couture to the canine by launching the brand as a unique and stylish way to accessorise your pet. Inspired by the fash-hound Gulliver himself, dogs around the country were howling with excitement as we opened the doors to Australia’s first ever dog boutique – and we haven’t slowed down since.

Love Pets was inspired by Coco, our beautiful-sweet hearted Great Dane cross Pointer who we rescued from Death Row in Sydneys Western Suburbs and took her to her new furever home on Sydneys Northern Beaches. Love pets was created firstly, to celebrate the love pets bring to our lives everyday and to capture the joy and wonder in stunning fine art photography, and secondly, to help raise awareness and support for animals in need.
